This house was built in 1994. The original wood siding was warping, rotting, and peeling. Flying squirrels were causing damage to the wood trim and accessing the attic space. The owner knew it was time to either paint/repair or replace the siding. After pricing both options, they decided it was time for a change. The owner researched many different exterior products. Hardie sidingwas the best option to restore the orignal wood look. Hardie house wrap was installed to create a thermal barrier. Hardieplank cedarmill siding was installed. The color of this home is Aged Pewter. Hardie products are an excellent way to recreate the look of wood without the maintenance. This customer now has a beautiful, low maintenance exterior.
