This house was built in 1991. The original siding was coming loose. The owner knew it was time to repair or replace the siding. The owner knew Hardie siding was the only product that would provide the wood look they wanted. Hardie house wrap was installed to create a thermal barrier. Hardieplank smooth siding was installed. The siding and trim color of this home is Cobble Stone. Hardie products are an excellent way to create a wood without the maintenance. New window trim with crown headers were installed to accent the front of the home. RainPro gutters were installed to improve drainage. This customer now has a beautiful, low maintenance exterior. This is a closer view of the front gable and windows on the front of the home. The gable vent was replaced with a half round Fypon vent. A crown molding header was added to the front windows. All roof line trim was replaced with Hardie trim in Cobble Stone. Mid America raised panel shutters were installed to complete the look.
