Great sales, great project management, great craftsman. I have never been so happy with a contractor. I would recommend Custom Concepts to all.
Here is a distant view of the rear corner. The Gray Slate siding blends well with the roofing color. Notice how the siding appears lighter when the sun shines? When choosing your siding color, be sure to test the color in the sun and the shade. Siding colors will appear lighter when exposed to the sun. The Colorplus finish Hardie comes with is resistant to fading. They offer many styles and colors to choose from. Fiber cement siding has become a popular choice
Here is a closer look at the Hardie 12" vented soffit. Most roofing manufacturers require proper ventilation in the eaves. This is required for their warranty. Installing proper ventilation when replacing your siding saves money when the time comes to replace your roof. It can also extend the life of your existing roof. Consult your siding contractor to see if vented soffits will benefit your home.
Here you see an image from the left side. The 2 story bay window was part of the original structure. 5" corner trim was installed to compliment the window detail. Notice how the Gray Slate siding color looks darker in the shade? Be sure to ask your siding contractor for color samples prior to placing an order. Place them on different sides of your home to see how the color appears on your property.
