This house was built in 1994. The original vinyl siding was fading. The owner knew Hardie siding was the perfect choice to update their exterior. They'd seen how much of an impact it made on other houses and wanted their home to stand out. Hardie house wrap was installed to create a thermal barrier. Hardieplank cedarmill siding was installed. The color of this home is Khaki Brown. The front gable received a sunburt detail with Hardiesiding panels. Custom crown headers were installed above the windows on the front and sides.
